a complete overhaul of a large derelict ex-council house, with structural work to the ground floor, roof and extension. Accounting for small budget a strict plan was detailed and followed, and a few nice extras were thrown in along the way, such as integrated sound system throughout the house and light landscaping to the gardens front and back
